As we help youth transition off the streets and into independent living, many of the young people we serve do not have any of the household items necessary in making a home. We hope to provide them with a welcoming gift basket upon arrival in their first apartment, filled with a few necessities and are looking for donations of the following items:

• Tape
• Scissors
• Plants

These items can be donated at: 1220 SW Columbia St., Portland, OR 97201 between the hours of 9AM-4PM, Monday-Friday. Please be sure to note that these items are for the Welcome Home donation drive so New Avenues staff will know where to direct the donation.
